According to the corrugated cardboard production process, a corrugated cardboard production line consists of two relatively independent process sections: the wet-end equipment and the core equipment. The wet-end equipment primarily includes a raw paper tray, an automatic splicing machine, a preheating and pretreatment machine, a single-face corrugating machine, a paper conveyor bridge, a gluing machine, and a double-face machine. Using corrugated cardboard as its raw material, the wet-end equipment produces three-ply, five-ply, and seven-ply corrugated cardboard with various combinations of flute shapes. The core equipment mainly comprises a rotary cutting machine, a longitudinal slitting and creasing machine, a cross-cutting machine, and a stacking machine. Based on order requirements, the core equipment can perform longitudinal cutting and creasing, as well as transverse cutting and stacking. The core equipment primarily includes a rotary cutting machine, a longitudinal slitting and creasing machine, a cross-cutting machine, and a stacking machine. The cadre equipment will perform longitudinal cutting and creasing, transverse cutting, and stacking of corrugated cardboard according to order specifications.
